1. SHIPPING COST

Orders greater than $100 ship for free! Otherwise, domestic orders ship for $10. Offering international shipping soon!

2.  FULFILLMENT

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours. All orders are shipped through USPS and take 1-4 business days to be delivered after receipt of the shipping confirmation.
3. TRACKING

Upon order fulfillment, a tracking number will be emailed.

4.  ROUTE INSURANCE AND DAMAGED/LOST PACKAGES

Rise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Route is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. This is available at checkout. Contact claims.route.com for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. 

4. TRACKING

Upon order fulfillment, a tracking number will be emailed.

5. RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns on opened product due to the nature of our products. We will gladly accept returns on unopened and undamaged product within 14 days of purchase.
